About Us
The Easy Diggin' Chapter New Jersey-HCEA was founded in 1992, as the New Jersey based Chapter of the Historical Construction Equipment Association.
The HCEA, Historical Construction Equipment Association's goal is to preserve the equipment that worked in making America great. Education is a large part of the National club and also is a core opponent of the Easy Diggin' Chapter NJ.
Easy Diggin' has hosted two shows annually, traditionally one is held in June and another is held in Late October or Early November. These shows are free of charge (usually) and allow the general public to witness these machines in live, demonstrations.

How do I join Easy Diggin' Chapter NJ?
It's quite easy, fill out our Contact Us form and we will email/call you back. If you provide a phone number and would like to be called simply add that to the comment field.
How many times do you meet?
We meet formally at least 14 times a year (12 meetings; once a month, and the two shows). There are often other events that take place.
I can't seem to get to the HCEA website?
Your not alone, the HCEA national website has been down for several months due to hackers attacking their site. Supposedly they are changing systems and will have a new site ready soon. Please do not email us and ask us when the national site will be up, we do not know anything more than they would.
Where's your Shows?
Very easy; go to our Schedule Page and you'll be able to find the directions to the event. (These won't be up until approval of the board).
Do I have to own a historical piece of equipment?
No you DO NOT have to own your own piece of equipment to join our club.
